LATE FEE AND CANCELATION

If you do not cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service total. Any no-show or same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service total. I offer a 10-minute grace period. If I’m able to keep you on my schedule after that, there will be a $20 fee plus $1 for every minute past the 10-minute grace period. If you are unhappy with your hair, I am committed to making adjustments to the service you booked, as long as we had a thorough consultation with realistic expectations and a clear understanding of the process. I do not offer refunds, but I’m happy to tweak anything you’re unsatisfied with. All concerns must be mentioned within one week, and adjustments must be scheduled within that time.
